Kristina Donnelly graduated with a Master of Science in 2008 from the University of Michigan’s School of Natural Resources and Environment, with a focus on water resource management. Her master’s project involved developing a water sustainability strategy for a global, research driven pharmaceutical company. In addition, she worked with her academic advisor, Don Scavia, on updating a dynamic model of hypoxia occurrence in the Gulf of Mexico.

Donnelly received a B.S. in Mathematics in 2005 from the American University in Washington, D.C. After graduation, she spent a year working as an analyst with an environmental consulting firm in Arlington, VA.
