www.glc.org dedication

The Great Lakes Commission's primary online product, the Great Lakes Information Network (GLIN), is dedicated to the memory of Carol Ratza. She was a wonderful person and visionary for the Great Lakes region, and I was not fortunate enough to know while she was alive and working with the Great Lakes Commission.

So it's with Carol in mind that I'd like to dedicate the October, 2002 redesign of www.glc.org to a few other wonderful people and visionaries who are still with us today: Christine Manninen, Kevin Yam, and Hao Zhuang. Without their energy, investment, skill, endless talent, and unique patience, www.glc.org would not have been possible.
